Topic: How to create meaningful work placements that benefit both employers and young people.
We'll be discussing the value of work experience placements in developing young people’s skills, building their confidence and preparing them for employment. We’ll address the challenges faced by employers and young people and discuss ways to make placements as productive and impactful as possible.
We'll also be launching a brand-new youth employability programme. 'Level Up' has been generously funded by N Brown and will provide skills, training and advice to young people across Greater Manchester.
