Greater Manchester Immigration Aid Unit is running training sessions throughout the year on supporting people who have no recourse to public funds or restricted eligibility to access mainstream accommodation and services. All sessions are 1 hour long except the Routes out of Destitution training which is 2.5 hours.
The training is free but places are limited.

- 10th March 2026, 1pm Age Disputes for young people seeking asylum
- 16th March 2026, 2pm Domestic Abuse
- 17th March 2026, 10.30am Understanding the Immigration and Asylum System
- 24th March 2026, 11am Homelessness & Immigration issues for people with mental health needs
26th March 2026, 2pm-3pm Access to Healthcare for people with restricted eligibility
