Date & Time of Training:
26 September, 2024 - 10:00 to 16:00
Venue:
Pendleton Gateway, 1 Broadwalk, Pendleton, Salford, M6 5FX

Rob Jackson, an international leading voice in volunteer management and published author on the subject, will be delivering a 1 day training course for Volunteer Managers and Coordinators.

Morning session: Volunteering is changing...and so must you
Volunteering is changing and old models of how to recruit and retain people are increasingly outdated. The session will explore some of these changes, and what you can do to adapt your volunteering offer.

Afternoon session: Dealing with problem behaviour
Sometimes volunteering doesn’t go smoothly. This session will explore what that might happen and what you can do about it.

Rob’s training is a blend of presentation, networking, small group work, discussion and Q&A. This course is aimed at volunteer managers and volunteer co-ordinators.
