In the present volatile environment Charity Leaders and Trustees need to understand how their own beliefs and values profoundly shape their leadership and how they behave.

In this practical session we (Cranfield Trust) will use a structured process to surface your constructs about your own personal leadership and deliberately examine what you may need to change to enhance your leadership proposition, your self awareness and how you work with others. 

This foundation is essential to authentic leadership, building trust, resilience and being able to act from your strengths for your benefit and the benefit of others.
