This workshop is designed for VCSE organisations, community leaders, and volunteer coordinators who want to build inclusive, culturally competent volunteering opportunities that better engage South Asian women and communities.
What to expect:
- Understand the cultural and faith-based values that shape volunteering in South Asian communities
- Explore real barriers to participation – and how to overcome them
- Gain practical tools, strategies, and lived insights co-produced with local South Asian women
- Take part in interactive activities, scenario planning, and action planning for your organisation
