Join Fuel Poverty Action and friends in Manchester for a conference asking the question who's getting rich from the green transition, and who is missing out?
How do we fight for a clean energy system that's fairer than the dirty fossil fueled one it replaces? How do we make sure home retrofits, insulation, heat pumps etc actually bring bills down and make our homes warm and healthy?
There will be talks from experts as well as those with personal experience getting left out of the climate transition. We'll work together to come up with a new set of movement demands to rebalance the energy system and make green fair!
Doors open at 10am for registration and refreshments, with the scheduled programme kicking off at 11am sharp!
