Neurodivergent Entrepreneurial Wellbeing – 5 Ways to Support Yourself

Date & time: 26 September 2025, 11:00am - 1:00pm
Venue
Online

This event series is designed for neurodivergent entrepreneurs working within social businesses (e.g. social enterprises, CICs, co-operatives, housing associations, trading charities, and other mission-led organisations). The sessions use the “5 Ways to Wellbeing” framework—Take Notice, Learn, Give, Keep Active, and Connect—applied through a neurodivergent business lens. The approach blends self-reflection, practical tools, skills-building, and coaching to support participants personally and professionally.

  • Part 1 focuses on Take Notice and Learn: recognising personal needs as neurodivergent entrepreneurs, exploring pacing and burnout, cultivating self-compassion, and reflecting on challenges, skills gaps, and areas for growth.
  • Part 2 centres on Give and Keep Active: identifying and sharing skills, developing a peer skills directory, and exploring business sustainability, values, and enablers for long-term success.
  • Part 3 emphasises Connect: mapping wider networks, co-developing a practical guide for stakeholders on engaging with neurodivergent entrepreneurs, and consolidating learning and next steps.

Future sessions (dates, times, and format) will be agreed collectively with participants and delivered in autumn. This is part 1 of a 3 part series – the first 2 being online and the third in person.
