The Big Life Group are excited to announce the launch of the Manchester Social Prescribing Development Fund.
The aim of the fund is to support new and established groups and organisations to build capacity and deliver projects to support social prescribing to Be Well clients The fund will support Be Well clients in improving or help with managing their health and wellbeing.
Every three months, the fund will share £10,000 between 5 shortlisted projects that have a positive impact on communities, people or the environment.

On Thursday 25 February at 12pm the Booth Centre will launch their Arts Programme for 2021/2022. Join the Booth Centre for a workshop that will explore the idea of developing arts programmes which have the full involvement of people who have experience of homelessness. The Greater Manchester Disabled People’s Panel (GMDPP) is made up of Disabled People’s Organisations (DPO- that is organisations majority run and staffed by disabled people) across Greater Manchester. It operates at the highest strategic level with the GM Mayor Andy Burnham and GM Combined Authority to advise, consult, influence, and create policy with the aim to improve the lives of disabled people throughout GM.
