Cracking Good Food are delighted to have secured support from the Recycle for Greater Manchester Community Fund, Greater Manchester Environment Fund and other fabulous corporate supporters to enable them to deliver their 7th Kitchen Kit Call Out Redistribution event.

The resilience calculator is designed to help you start thinking about your resilience. It takes five minutes to complete, and will support you to:

• Identify the areas where your organisation is most and least resilient
• Compare how your resilience results benchmark against charities of a similar size to yours and the wider sector
• Reflect on a holistic approach to building resilience

It's free and has 15 short multiple-choice questions.

Morgan Sindall has office furniture available for free to donate to voluntary, community and social enterprise sector organisations across Greater Manchester.

All of the furniture needs to be donated by mid-May.

Summary
Cheetham Hill Advice Centre is a busy advice charity in North Manchester. For the last three years CHAC has been delivering two streams of advice services funded by the Reaching Communities strand of The National Lottery Community fund and The Henry Smith Charity. CHAC is commissioning two independent evaluations of these projects to look at the outcomes, the impact and any lessons that can be learnt from this work.

Scope
The evaluation needs to include two separate reports featuring:

The Our Manchester Voluntary and Community Sector (OMVCS) was co-designed with the VCFSE sector and launched in 2017. It invests in VCFSE organisations to help achieve the priorities of the Our Manchester Strategy,  funding core and activity costs over three years.

Charities and not-for-profit organisations are very vulnerable to cyber attacks for multiple reasons. The Government's Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2024 found that a third of all charities had experienced a cyber security breach or attack in the previous 12 months. The Cyber Resilience Centre for the North West has produced advice for charities to stay protected against cyber attackers.
