The Proud Trust, the LGBT+ Youth Organisation for Greater Manchester (with North West and national projects) is seeking a trustee to join their wonderful Trustee Team. The Proud Trust are especially looking for BAME and trans people.
The University of Manchester has a Student Experience Internship (SEI) scheme which provides funding to pay for a limited number of students to undertake an eight week summer internship within organisations in the charity and not-for-profit sector in Manchester.

The Human Lending Library®, which matches charity and social enterprise leaders with successful entrepreneurs as mentors, has opened in Manchester.
Launched by the charity Expert Impact, the initiative has seen more than 200 leaders of social enterprises and charities ‘borrow’ an Expert for advice on improving their organisations and increasing their social impact.

Justlife is in existence because they know that every time they don’t act another person living in Unsupported Temporary Accommodation (UTA) suffers. They suffer with deteriorating mental and physical health, become victims of crime, lose control of their life, drop off the bottom rung of the housing ladder or die prematurely. Tens of thousands of hidden homeless households are living in Unsupported Temporary Accommodation across England.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive forward Manchester’s commitment to become zero carbon and place the city at the forefront of national and international efforts to limit global warming to 1.5oC.
