Sporting Equals programme will empower young people (aged 18-25) from ethnically diverse communities to increase their leadership and employability prospects in the sport sector.
You will need to commit to four structured online sessions taking place in 2021/22.
The project will allow you to build your skills and confidence to know more about the corporate and the sports sector.
Personalised career planning and networking opportunities will also be provided.
