Spirit of Manchester (Volunteering) Spirit Stories

Share your Volunteers' Week Spirit Stories...

Spirit Story is an opportunity to demonstrate the outstanding work done every day by the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector across Manchester.

Following on from two previous Spirit Story weeks last year, we will be highlighting further stories during Volunteers' Week 2017 which takes place from 1-7 June. These stories will document the extraordinary everyday work of volunteers in Manchester.

Anyone taking part will be asked to choose one day during the week of 1-7 June and record an activity which is captured by a short 10 minute phone interview. We will also promote any pictures or social media that you or your organisation shares with us.

The information is publicised via our website and social media using #SpiritofMcrStory.

If you have a Spirit Story or something you'd like to share during Volunteers' Week, contact Barkery Jammeh on [email protected] or 0161 830 4770 or Helen Walker at [email protected].

We'd love to have you join us - or know what you're up to!
