Do you love live music? Have you thought about making it your career?
Delivered in partnership by The Learning Foundry & Future Yard, the Sound Check training programme is an exciting course designed to introduce people to the skills they need to pursue careers in the live music industry. Now open in Greater Manchester, the course is being offered to people aged 19+.
This Skills Bootcamp is designed for learners of all experience levels. Sessions will take place at venues across Greater Manchester, with further work experience taking place on live shows and events across the region.
Skills Bootcamps are funded, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with an employer. Skills Bootcamps are part of the Government's Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life.
The start date for the course is Tuesday 26 November and sessions will run every Tuesday between 10am - 5pm.
