What does period pain really feel like? Join our live webinar on empathy, allyship and menstrual health at work.

Join us (Grace & Green) for our next lunchtime webinar, Why should men care about periods: how to be a male ally in menstrual health, on Thursday 25th June from 12:30–1:15pm.

Why should men care about periods?

The attitudes and culture around menstrual health needs to change, and male allyship plays an important part in supporting this.

In this webinar, we’re inviting EVERYONE to the table - especially men!

We’ll be discussing:

  • The role of men & non-menstruators in menstrual wellbeing, and why it’s important
  • What meaningful allyship looks like in practice
  • How to engage men and non-menstruators in conversations around menstrual health
  • Ways organisations can create more empathetic and inclusive workplace cultures

PLUS, in this insightful and interactive session, we’ll be testing our new Somedays Period Pain Simulator live on willing volunteers!

For those allies, this will be their first time experiencing the reality of period pain, and understanding why it’s not “just” a period.

This session is ideal for leaders, managers, HR professionals and anyone wanting to better understand the realities of menstrual health and how to support colleagues more effectively.

For every woman or person who menstruates who registers, we ask that they send the link to a man or non-menstruator in their life who would benefit from becoming a little more period positive!
