Moving beyond assumptions and enabling informed decision-making: The Where I Want to Live Toolkit.
This seminar explores how we can move beyond assumptions about what people with learning disabilities want for their future and instead create opportunities for genuine choice, voice and control. Through the Where I Want to Live Toolkit, participants will discover an innovative, co-produced digital resource designed to help people with learning disabilities explore, discuss and express their wishes about where and how they live as adults.
Led by Louise Keevil, Founding Trustee and Acting CEO of Where I Want to Live, the session will examine how person-centred conversations can empower informed decision making and support long term planning.
