Do you have staff or volunteers whom you have identified as lone workers? If the answer is "Yes" then you need to know about our (Be Magnificent) one-day training course Lone Working and managing challenging situations.

The course is suitable for any member of staff or volunteer working in a lone environment and their management support.

The course is designed to offer participants an opportunity to increase their awareness of arrangements and procedures around lone working in a variety of settings. This includes office-based lone working, travel to and from home visiting or third party premises, safe home visiting, and working from home.

We also offer an opportunity to examine how to deal with conflict resolution and strategies to meet and diffuse difficult situations.

It will give participants a chance to explore their own concerns and capabilities to ensure the safety of themselves and others in a lone working environment.
