In this supportive session, we’ll (Eastside People) explore ways to build your confidence as a trustee — from understanding your strengths, to speaking up in meetings, to surviving your first board meeting.

You’ll hear from trustees who’ve been there, and what helped them find their feet and their voice.

This session is open to anyone, but we think it’ll be of particular interest to aspiring or newly recruited trustees who might be lacking confidence in their place on the board.
