All community organisations exist because they want to make a difference, but why do we need to be able to talk about how we do that?
Monitoring and evaluation is collecting and recording information about your work and service users. It is checking that what you deliver is working, and then being able to show others what difference your work makes to services users and the community you serve (and why that’s important).
This session will;
- Explain what monitoring and evaluation is
- Look at why funders ask for it
- Identify what information is needed for monitoring and evaluation
- Examine who is responsible for collecting and collating
Please be aware that this session is open only to organisations who have a majority of their beneficiaries located within the city of Manchester.
Organisations will be limited to a maximum number of 2 participants and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to eligibility).
