Third Sector Lab: Cyber governance – from awareness to action

This workshop is designed for trustees, board members, and senior leaders seeking to better understand and improve their organisation’s cyber governance.

The session will explore the challenges that boards face in ensuring board level engagement and understanding of cyber security issues with a focus on the Cyber Governance Code of Practice and related tools. The session will also explore why critical decisions often get stalled, and examine whether appointing a dedicated ‘cyber board member’ could work for your organisation.
