We are undefeatableWe Are Undefeatable aims to inspire the one in four people in England who live with one or more long-term health condition to be active.

We Are Undefeatable recognises the unique barriers that those living with health conditions face and it is the first time a campaign has shown the emotional stories of men and women living with a variety of conditions getting active in ways that work for them.

Greater Manchester Health and Social Care PartnershipWould your organisation like to help play a part in boosting cancer screening rates in Greater Manchester?

Financial support is available to voluntary, community, social enterprise and faith-based organisations who can help recruit Cancer Champions to promote cancer screening amongst under-represented groups. Investments of £1,000 - £2,000 are available.

Gloriously Ordinary Lives for people with learning disabilities

The Personal Centred and Community Approaches team at the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership have been listening to what’s important to people living with a learning disability and their families, to ensure they can live “Gloriously Ordinary Lives”. Between May 2018 and May 2019 four Greater Manchester areas, Wigan, Rochdale, Bolton and Salford, worked together to find out and test better ways of doing things together to improve the lives of people with a learning disability.
