Homeless House are pleased to announce that they have free spaces on their Young People's Support Program "Pathways 2 Success" for young people of colour in Manchester.
The program is designed to provide comprehensive 1-2-1 tailored support (educational and employment), in addition to life skills training for children and young people up to 17. The next course is set to commence w/c June 2nd.
"Pathways 2 Success is dedicated to helping young individuals develop resilience, confidence and essential life skills that will support them in their transition to adulthood. We (Homeless House) understand the unique challenges faced by children and young people in care, and our team is committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment to help them thrive.
