Unacceptable behaviours, such as banter and bullying can have a huge impact on people, teams and organisations.

People managers are at the frontline when it comes to being able to identity inappropriate behaviours and will often be the person expected to deal with them. 

Managers need to challenge inappropriate behaviour early to prevent matters escalating. This will help:

  • reduce poor behaviour
  • increase staff morale and engagement
  • improve productivity
  • reduce staff turnover
  • minimise the risk of legal claims against yourself or your organisation
