The Children's Society survey on social media bullying

The Children's Society has joined up with Alex Chalk, MP for Cheltenham, and YoungMinds, to look at the impact that social media bullying has on children and young people's mental health. They are looking into what steps social media companies are taking or could take to prevent and tackle this behaviour, but it's essential that young people give their views too, which is why they are asking for your help.

Greater Manchester invited to stand together against LGBT Hate Crime

Greater Manchester’s LGBT Foundation is hosting a community event in Sackville Gardens to commemorate International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) on Tuesday 17 May from 5.45 – 7pm. LGBT Foundation

This is an opportunity for the people across the city region to come together to support the LGBT community and to remember those who have been the victims of hate crime.

Generations Together Manifesto

Good Finance is a new website to help charities and social enterprises navigate the often complex world of social investment, has just launched. Social investment is the use of repayable finance to achieve a social as well as a financial return.
