Feed My City – Emergency food charity operating in Manchester, Salford, and Trafford

Feed My City believe everyone has a right to enjoy basic food without having to have money. Feed My City provide simple, free, vegetarian, nourishing hot food and emergency food parcels to those most in need in the Manchester area without box with bottles, fruit, cans and cerealsquestions, judgement or charge.

The Salvation Army Openshaw free chair based exercise sessions

Every Monday morning 10.30am-11.30am above the Salvation Army charity shop in Lime Square the Salvation Army are holding weekly exercise sessions for adults with a fully trained instructor. There is half an hour of exercise plus half an hour for refreshments and a chat.
