GreaterSport Sport and Physical Activity Volunteering Survey

greatersportOver the last 12 months, GreaterSport have been engaging with a number of partners across GM who all have a responsibility to volunteering, to develop knowledge and insights of the sport and physical activity landscape of Greater Manchester. Their aim is to use these insights to support volunteering in GM to be more inclusive and representative of GM’s demographics.

Volunteers needed for The Real Neighbours Wythenshawe Phone Buddy Scheme

The Real Neighbours Wythenshawe are looking for volunteers to help support the vulnerable members of the community that are currently alone in isolation.

You would become a phone buddy and ring daily or weekly for a chat, to prevent loneliness and be a point of contact for ongoing support over the next few weeks of months.
