How the voluntary sector can navigate local government financial difficulty

Financial difficulties within many local authorities, sometimes leading to the issuing of a section 114 notice (s114), are affecting voluntary sector organisations and communities across the country. The research provides recommendations for the voluntary sector for navigating these circumstances, as well as policy recommendations for local and central government.
