As part of Good Employment Week 2026, Castlefield Recruitment is hosting this event, chaired by Back on Track Manchester, a local charity with 50 years of experience in criminal justice. We will be drawing on personal, professional, and research experience to help us answer the big questions above and explore the issue from the points of view of the person, the employer, and the criminal justice system itself.
