Roots HR: Essential HR for small charities webinar

Employment law is changing and these changes will directly affect how your charity employs and manages its people.

By the end of the session, you will an awareness of the main requirements of employment law and an understanding of future changes within the Employment Rights Act (ERA), including:

• Day 1 unfair dismissal rights and what action you should be taking right now to prepare for this
• The ban on “fire-and-rehire”
• Increased family leave and pay rights
• Increased trade union access, and
• Protections against zero-hour contract abuse

This session is specifically designed for small charities with employed staff. It won't cover volunteers, contractors or other non employed roles.
