Through firsthand experience perspectives and practical examples this seminar will consider the barriers that can prevent people from feeling heard, safe, and supported, and what organisations can do to respond more effectively.
Drawing on the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal, this session will challenge us to think beyond one-size-fits-all approaches and reflect on how voice, choice, empowerment, and inclusion can be strengthened in safeguarding practice.
