Skills-based volunteering opportunities

Our skills-based volunteering opportunities allow individual employees to complete a task for voluntary and community group and organisations that will make a difference in how they develop and grow. The volunteering opportunities are varied but try to make use of skills and knowledge that employees may have (and that the groups need!) and in return help them to develop new ones, build confidence and increase wellbeing.

Employer Supported Volunteering

Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) allows employees to volunteer with its support, which can be in the form of time-off for individual or team volunteering. ESV provides real benefits to the employer, the volunteers and the community organisations they support. By helping tackle local issues, employers can benefit both themselves and the communities in which they operate.
