The Auto Trader Community Fund aims to encourage small, community-based and locally controlled groups that manage themselves, encourage people to get involved as volunteers and who just need a bit of financial help to be able to work with their community in the way they’d like.
Greggs Foundation Local Community Projects Fund awards grants of up to £2,000 to enable not for profit organisations to do something they otherwise couldn’t afford to do.
Local Community Projects Funding is offered to organisations supporting people in need. Any not for profit organisation can apply, however, larger organisations with a turnover in excess of £300,000 will be unsuccessful.
Social Sense Ltd and Hitch want to work in partnership with you to build a platform that will measure in real time, the experience of people living with dementia and those who care for them.
Bipolar is a severe mental health condition characterised by significant mood swings. Around 2% of the population is estimated to have bipolar and the number of those affected by bipolar, such as family and friends, is significantly higher. Unsupported, it can increase the risk of suicide by 20 times.

The MS Society has launched a new project to support people living with MS in Bolton, Salford and Manchester.
The project aims to support people with MS to improve their emotional wellbeing and financial security.
It’s funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and is delivered in partnership with Citizens Advice Manchester.
This opportunity is aimed at Northern-based artists and companies from refugee backgrounds.
Horizons Festival celebrates international arts and global culture and runs alongside Refugee Week. The festival features a week long programme of theatre, film, art, performance, workshops and debate showcasing the artistic talent of refugees and migrants.
The festival takes place at HOME, Manchester and is co-produced with Community Arts North West (CAN). The third Horizons Festival will take place between 13 and 20 June 2020.
GreaterSport are on the hunt to find Greater Manchester’s most inspiring stories about moving a little more each day and the positive effects it has had. Bolton CVS are currently running the Giving Back in Bolton project and are working hard to develop best practice guidance for volunteering organisations so that people with criminal records are fairly represented in volunteering opportunities.
