Manchester Sport and Physical Activity Survey - Couch potato or coached to perfection?

Whether you're a total couch potato, or already coached to athletic perfection, Manchester City Council wants to know your views on physical activity in Manchester: what would get you active (if you're not already) or what would help you to maintain / improve your fitness?

The Manchester Sport and Physical Activity Survey has been developed to find out your opinion about how they can shape up what they do.

Directorate for Children and Families IT Solution to aid the Homeless Grant

Manchester City Council wishes to commission an IT solution to make it easier for people experiencing homelessness to get the help they need. The Council is seeking a Service Provider who will work in and among communities in the area covered by Manchester City Council (‘Manchester’) to provide comprehensive support to people to have ‘one place’ to go for anyone to find out about homelessness in Manchester and DO something to help.

In order to support the work of The Cancer Champions initiative, VCSE organisations across Greater Manchester are being encouraged to sign up to support the work of cancer champions, sign up here: www.vsnw.org.uk/cancer-champion-organisation. Such support is critical to show the huge number of community based cancer champions already in place as well as increasing their visibility to the GM Health and Social Care Partnership.
