Volunteer Centre Manchester Noticeboard – your flyers, posters, literature and copy needed!

Volunteer Centre Manchester has developed a Noticeboard Toolkit that allows organisations and agencies to print and display information about volunteering opportunities.

Some early adopters include: work clubs, housing schemes, libraries, community centres and offices. 

Volunteer Centre Manchester wants to hear from volunteer-involving organisations who have materials about their volunteering, training or development opportunities to be included in the Noticeboard Toolkit.

Like many other local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) groups and organisations, Macc is faced with increasing demand for our services while key funders have significantly cut our funding. We anticipate further cuts in future.

Volunteer Peer Mentor and Befriender at Manchester Carers Forum

Manchester Carers Forum are looking for volunteers for the Peer Mentoring and Befriending Project, to visit carers on a one to one basis and provide flexible support.

You will be able to signpost to local services which may be of benefit to the carer, making them aware of the support available and help prevent isolation.

Experience of caring in a non professional capacity is required.
