Giving World is a registered charity which redirects new business end-of-line and discontinued stock (e.g. warm clothing, food, toiletries) for free to the most deprived communities in the UK.
Giving World are here to provide free of charge clothing, food Items, toiletries, cleaning and household products so the most vulnerable people in our communities can stay safe and well.
Emergency funding of up to £60,000 available to nonprofits in England that are committed to proactively sharing learnings with other organisations in their networks.
This fund is aimed at organisations whose work has been affected by COVID-19 and who need emergency funding to continue to deliver essential services. It will support them to develop the digital, data and design capabilities that allow them to address urgent issues and serve the most vulnerable.
This funding is a combination of direct grants and payment for support from digital agencies.

This arts-health project is designed to offer residents of Manchester who have been bereaved an individualised framework of creative support through the making of ‘Memory Cushions’.
Working in small groups online via Zoom, Arts Health practitioner Ruth Flanagan will guide participants to each make their own ‘Memory Cushion’ using textiles, found objects, photos and the printing of words. Each participant will be encouraged to find their own source materials.
