Leadership does not always begin with a title.

Many Black women are already shaping decisions, creating change and influencing outcomes long before they are formally recognised as leaders. But in workplaces, organisations and communities where authority is often tied to position, it can be easy to overlook the influence we already have.

In this practical and reflective Network for Black Women Leaders Elevate Session*, founder and UK representative for Synergy DMC, Chantal Potgieter will explore how influence actually works, and how Black women can lead from where they are.

Through the Where I Want to Live Toolkit, participants will discover an innovative, co-produced digital resource designed to help people with learning disabilities explore, discuss and express their wishes about where and how they live as adults.
