people; Those facing racial injustice; D/deaf and/or Disabled people; Older people; and Lesbian, Bisexual and Trans+ Women.
Following a period of closure to review its grants processes, the Foundation has reopened its Small and Large Grants applications on a rolling basis.
This announcement relates to grants in two main areas:
The Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS) is a voucher-based scheme that provides support towards the up-front costs of the purchase and installation of electric vehicle charge-points, for eligible 
businesses, charities and public sector organisations. Workplaces can apply now for vouchers using the Workplace Charging Scheme.
In partnership with Virgin Media O2, Hubbub is launching a £400,000 fund to make tablets and free data available to community organisations across the UK. The fund is exclusively supporting 
organisations such as local authorities, charities and social enterprises who work closely with temporary accommodation services, such as centres for refugees, housing for those at risk of homelessness or women’s refuges.
Manchester City Council recognises the important role Work Clubs play in providing flexible and informal employment support to workless Manchester residents.
In recognition of the valuable role they play in delivering employment support services, Manchester City Council has made available grant funding for Manchester Work Clubs to apply for.
The Holiday Activity Fund is to provide free ‘enriching and physical’ holiday activity and food projects for Manchester’s children and young people who are entitled to benefits related FSM. It aims to ensure that children and young people eat more healthily, are more active over the school holidays, learn about health nutrition, and can access fun and enjoyable activities. 
MSE Charity is currently accepting UK applications to its Living with Long Term Challenges theme projects should focus on building financial capability skills and assisting groups who support dementia, autism, learning difficulties, disabilities, caring responsibilities, mental illness, brain injury and stroke.
Charitable and not-for-profit organisations supporting young people (aged 16 to 25) facing disadvantage across England can now apply for their share of a £350,000 funding pot aimed at policy work. The funding is to support young people to influence government policy and decision-making.
The Zuto Make A Difference Fund welcomes applications from grassroots community groups based in any of the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester. The Zuto Make A Difference Fund aims to encourage and support grassroots community organisations.
The first round of funding for 2022 is now open for capital projects that improve community facilities, enhance the local environment, and protect threatened habitats and biodiversity in communities near qualifying Veolia sites.
