Built in 1911, using subscriptions from co-ops across the UK, 
Holyoake House was erected in memory of Co-operative activist George Holyoake. The movement decided to honour him by building a permanent headquarters for the Co-operative Union near Victoria Station in Manchester.

Dr Murugesan Raja, who is a Manchester GP and Clinical Lead for Respiratory Medicine at Manchester Health and Care Commissioning answered community questions, which were introduced by 
the presenter of the programme. The questions submitted cover a lot of topics including vaccination questions linked to fertility, 12-15 year olds, the booster and long-term plans around Covid-19. The second stage of the radio package is an interview in Urdu.
A unique and innovative fund has been created to support tackling health inequalities that marginalised ethnic communities face when trying to get help from mental health services
The Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme (RSAP) was introduced in 2020 by the Government to support 6000 rough sleepers into long term accommodation. The programme provided capital 
funding to deliver additional move-on properties for individuals who experienced rough sleeping and revenue to provide support to the move-on properties.
The Social Enterprise Support Fund will provide essential financial support to help social enterprises in England to rebuild and grow their income from trading, following the impact of Covid-19. The fund is focused on social enterprises supporting people facing increased social and economic challenges as a result of the pandemic.
Organisations affected by the recent storms can apply for up to £15,000 from Sport England’s Storm Relief Fund.
Organisations with facilities – such as clubhouses, courts and pitches – affected by the recent storms can now apply for grants of up to £15,000 through the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Activity Fund.
