manchester care and repairBig Energy Saving Network (BESN) is a community outreach project targeting vulnerable energy consumers. It aims to help people with their energy bills by encouraging them to take actions, including: switching tariff/supplier, signing up for the £140 Warm Home Discount, signing up for the Priority Services Register and taking a range measures to make their homes more energy efficient.

It also provides four sectors working with those hardest hit by Covid-19 access to coaching from experienced practitioners and additional sector-specific training.
