Macc Christmas and New Year closure information

Our offices will be closed from 4pm on Friday 21 December and will open in the New Year on Wednesday 2 January. The Macc team sends best wishes to all during this festive period and looks forward to working with you again next year.

Here you will find details of local voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) services operating over the Christmas and New Year period, as well as details of Manchester City Councils services and local NHS services.

The Christmas Dinner Project by Lemn Sissay MBE

The Christmas Dinner Project started in Manchester in 2013 with one clear vision: that no care leaver will be alone on Christmas Day. It’s about local communities across the UK, coming together to put on dinners on Christmas Day for care leavers between 18 and 25.

Donations are welcome to the Lemn Sissay Foundation to support this vision.
