This report provides a record of the Connecting Chorlton, Fallowfield and Whalley Range event in November 2018. The gathering encouraged networking and collaboration between a wide range of statutory and voluntary organisations concerned with promoting health and well-being in its broadest sense, across three wards, in the new Chorlton, Fallowfield and Whalley Range neighbourhood. This initiative was started by the Whalley Range Community Forum.

Manchester Cares free Social Clubs for people aged 65 and over

Manchester Cares are running free Social Clubs for people aged 65 and over. All events are hosted by younger people in their 20s and 30s who want to meet you and hear your stories. Each event is free and refreshments will be provided. Clubs with limited capacity have a lottery system in place to make sure it is as fair as possible.

This is a call out to the BEM/BAME community for individuals that have gone through prostate cancer/investigation journey.

Ian Smith is a freelance photographer, and, looking to continue/develop his work surrounding the awareness and early diagnosis of prostate cancer. To continue his work, Ian would like to invite subjects with a lived experience of prostate cancer, or, prostate investigation.
