Keep Britain Tidy are calling on Litter Heroes across the country to help improve the environment on their doorstep. Keep Britain Today are aiming to inspire 500,000 people to join forces - in partnership with community organisations, businesses and the government - to collect and safely dispose of single-use plastic from our streets, parks and beaches, recycling as much as possible. 
Carers Federation are a registered charity, established in 1992 and are a City and Guilds approved training centre delivering accredited training. 
The new Online Adult Safeguarding Competency Training Module is based upon the National Competency Framework for front line staff and volunteers working with vulnerable adults.
Doteveryone is hosting a series of one-day seminars to help leaders of social enterprises and charities already delivering, or about to deliver, a digital product or service. The events are designed to help them consider how to make responsible technology part of the operations of a growing and thriving organisation. The training is fully funded by DCMS and a travel grant of up to £200 per participant is available to attendees.
Locality are looking for people to tell them their stories about a space they tried to save, a space they're trying to save, or a space that they have saved. 
Locality want to stop England’s vital publicly owned buildings and spaces from being sold off for private use and short-term profit. Locality can only do that by showing how vital public spaces are, and how they can thrive.

This year, the programme will support a further 260 people across the UK with:
• A learning programme
• A grant (£1,000 – £7,000)
• Mentoring
• A supportive community

Ambition for Ageing’s Working Potential programme has recently released a briefing that outlines how Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations can support older carers as employees or potential employees and therefore lead by example in this area.

Love Our City is a project funded through RadEqual, Manchester City Council. The RadEqual programme is based on rethinking radicalisation and recognising the challenges relating to our collective understanding of prejudice, hate and extremism which are all very complex issues. The programme recognises that part of the solutions to these big issues has to involve people and the places where they live.
