Making Manchester Fairer – Race and Health Equity Education Programme

Manchester City Council invites expressions of interest to design and deliver a comprehensive education programme on tackling structural racism and discrimination which will enable the fundingworkforce to be better informed, equipped and confident to implement the right solutions that will improve outcomes for communities experiencing racial inequality and discrimination.

Recovery Loan Fund extended

The Recovery Loan Fund provides loans of between £50,000 to £1.5m to charities and social enterprises. The Recovery Loan Fund supports organisations that are improving people’s lives, or the environment they live in. The fund, which was fundingdue to close at the end of the year, has now been extended to June 2024.

Synergi Small Grants Fund – New fund launching for racial justice and mental health projects

The fund is opening on 4 January 2023 and will be provide grants of £2,000 - £3,000 to non-profit groups led by Black people and people of colour with lived experience of mental ill-health, fundingdistress or trauma, to take action on mental health and racial justice across England. The funding is to support collective care, campaigning and capacity building activities.

Iam Irish Lone Parents Project

Single parent of bi racial children?

IAMI welcome you to take part in an online support group for single parents of bi racial children of Irish decent.

This group is run for single parents by single parents online once a week. Joining the group is free and you can meet other parents in a fun and informal way. The groups are child friendly.

The group launches on 10 November 2022.
