This Leading Impact seminar will be exploring survey methodologies and questionnaire design.

Most charities use surveys in one way or another, but with varying levels of success. There’s already lots of guidance available, but little that directly addresses the challenges faced by charities. For example;

A theory of change process encourages us to reflect on our aims and plans, to discuss them with others, and to make them explicit. We see this process as the foundation of strategy, evaluation and communication. This seminar will run through how to develop a theory of change, based on our published guidance Theory of change in ten steps.

The opening session covers some basics of tribunal housekeeping such as understanding the bundle and keeping all your paperwork together, and advocacy tips on using additional evidence, avoiding repetition and what to consider when discussing cases with clients.
