Macc: Diversifying Trusteeship

Course Overview
92% of UK trustees are white, older, and above average income and education. Just 8% of charity trustees are from Black, Asian, and other minority backgrounds, and fewer than 3% are women of colour. 70% of charities find it difficult to recruit trustees, and there are an estimated 100,000 unfilled charity trustee positions in the UK. This half day training course is designed to demystify trustee recruitment for small organisations, and ensure that equity, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of your trustee recruitment.
