SMASH!: Sick! Mental Health Arts Programme - This September in North Manchester

Do you live in or have connection to Moston, Harpurhey and Charlestown? Are you currently struggling with your mental health and well-being? 

SMASH! offers you a range of different creative activities that suit your own experiences and interests. You don't need to know anything about art! 

With regular artist talks, cultural visits to sites across Manchester,, and creative art workshops (with a Mental Health Practitioner to support at all sessions too) SMASH! can;

Aged 16-30 in North Manchester? Join Sick! for an intro to games design.

If you're not in education, training or employment, join us for Mindgames. Learn new skills from coding to story writing, character and sound design. Hear from creative industry experts for tips and career advice. Relax and play video games, make new connections and explore your own mental health in a creative and supportive space. 

Free lunch provided, plus travel costs.
