Are you an established group, preferably incorporated, with a track record of delivery and managing small to medium sized amounts of grant funding?
Can you clearly demonstrate the need for the work you do and the impact it has on your beneficiaries?
Do you have at least 2/3 unrelated trustees or directors on your board?
Are you delivering your activities in South Manchester?
If so, this is an opportunity for your organisation to speak to The National Lottery Fund (TNLF) about the Reaching Communities fund.
TNLF priorities are to fund projects that:
- support places, people or communities experiencing poverty, disadvantage or discrimination
and
- support people and communities to shape the decisions that affect their lives.
Your project must achieve one of their missions to support communities to:
- Come together, through inclusive places, spaces and activities (either physical or virtual). Especially for communities where people are least able to come together.
- Help children and young people thrive, by developing positive social and emotional skills.
- Be healthier, by addressing health inequalities. And helping prevent poor health.
- Be environmentally sustainable. By engaging with climate issues and having a positive environmental impact. And improving access to quality natural spaces.
This a bookable event where you will get to speak to a TNLF funding officer on a one-to-one basis. This event is not a drop in as some previous events have been run; you do need to book a place in order to attend. There is more information on the National Lottery website about who can apply and we recommend you read this before trying to book a slot.
There are limited slot times and spaces and depending on eligibility, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
