Choosing the right methods to measure your impact is vital, but which to choose? In this session we (Triceratops) seek to answer this question, while giving you the confidence to be creative in your approach and look at the top tips for the more common methods.#

The need(s) we meet are often all too obvious for us, but how can we evidence this to others? This session will provide you with the key tools to understand your need and how we can 'prove' this to external parties.

• Gain knowledge of how to build a capacity appropriate research project
• Develop insight into key principles of communicating your findings

We exist to deliver change in our various contexts and how to evidence that impact is at the heart of monitoring and evaluation, fundraising and decision making. In this session we (Triceratops) look at the basics, introducing the subject and giving you enough pointers to start well.

Course Overview
92% of UK trustees are white, older, and above average income and education. Just 8% of charity trustees are from Black, Asian, and other minority backgrounds, and fewer than 3% are women of colour. 70% of charities find it difficult to recruit trustees, and there are an estimated 100,000 unfilled charity trustee positions in the UK​. This half day training course is designed to demystify trustee recruitment for small organisations, and ensure that equity, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of your trustee recruitment.
