Join NCVO for the launch of their new strategy, as they share their vision, direction and ambition for the years ahead.

Civil society is operating in an increasingly complex and fast-changing environment.

Developed through engagement with members, partners, colleagues and stakeholders across civil society, NCVO’s new strategy sets out how we will continue to support, connect and champion charities and voluntary organisations in the years ahead.

This launch webinar will explore:

Have you ever wondered what happens to your funding proposals after you click ‘submit’? Or mused on what conversations actually take place behind the closed doors of a grant-maker’s trustee meeting?

This is your chance to see for yourself!

Based on interviews with trustees and grant managers from a wide range of funders, this interactive workshop has been carefully designed to give you as accurate and realistic an experience of a grant-making meeting as possible.

There is a wide range of not-for-profit structures ranging from registered charities to community interest companies. They all have specific benefits, and some drawbacks. This session will look at the main structures, and explain the benefits and issues associated with each of them.

This free workshop will cover the following topics:

• Importance of evaluating,
• different ways to evaluate and deciding which way is best suited for your project,
• deciding what questions to ask and the data you need both for your organisation and for measuring impact for your funders

Operating with the spreadsheet from hell? Worried about using AI responsibly? Looking to scale faster or release your team from the admin burden?

Technology can help you improve your reach, effectiveness and efficiency. Join us (Tech for Good Alliance) to hear real use cases about charities just like yours, understand how we can help and why really understanding your constraints is more important than figuring out what the digital solution should be.

Bring your questions and we'll bring the answers.
