To support the Ministry of Justice to achieve the aims set out in the Female Offender Strategy and in recognition of the essential services provided by specialist women’s organisations in the criminal justice system, the Ministry of Justice is inviting applications for one-off grants for core costs.
CAHN is offering free and confidential culturally and religiously appropriate counselling sessions with qualified professionals from the Caribbean and African community. In addition, they are working with a range of partners to deliver practical support.
The Government has implemented a Covid Summer Food Fund to cover the summer holiday period when schools will be closed.

The Greater Manchester VCSE Leadership Group are building a new VCSE ‘Collaborative’ to harness the passion, knowledge and expertise that exists within the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector, to help influence policy making at a Greater Manchester (GM) level.
In its first inquiry, the Committee is inviting people to share their hopes and fears about what the pandemic might mean in the long-term for our home and working lives, and for how we function as a society – what might it mean for social cohesion, for (in)equality, for our environment or for arts and culture?
The committee wants to hear your views. You can submit evidence until Monday 31 August 2020.
Voluntary organisations working in the criminal justice system with under £500,000 annual income can apply now for grant funding to support their vital work during Covid-19 or to make adaptations as we look ahead towards recovery and a ‘new normal’.
The COVID-19 pandemic is creating unprecedented challenges for health charities and for the populations that they support. In recognition of this, MSD are launching a dedicated Grants Programme to support health charities and vulnerable populations around the UK.
