Led by A Brilliant Thing CIC, from January to June 2024, 10GM’s VCSE Workforce Development Programme is bringing together experienced managers in Greater Manchester’s (GM) Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector, to co-design and participate in a series of leadership learning workshops.
The VCSE Future Leaders Programme will run from January to June 2024 and aims to build confidence and skills, and nurture new talent, within Greater Manchester’s VCSE sector. It will be facilitated by Claire Ebrey from On The Level and Ed Moss from The Space to Thrive, with input from other trainers and facilitators.

Women’s Resource Centre is delighted to launch a Feminist Leadership Training Programme open to women from any sector and location.
This new and exciting programme is designed for women wanting to develop leadership skills, build confidence and expand their knowledge-base through a feminist lens and connect with other like-minded women across the UK and the world.
The Growth Company (GC) will deliver the Working Well: Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (WW IPSPC) initiative across Greater Manchester. The initiative aims to help people with physical or mental health disabilities into sustained employment – or provide them with support to stay in or return to their current job.
The purpose of the Holiday Grants programme is to provide access to recreational trips or holidays for groups of children who experience disadvantage or who have disabilities. In particular Henry Smith are interested in contributing to trips that would not take place without their funding.
The Cost of Living Resilience Fund supports social sector organisations in areas of deprivation providing services to support people struggling with the rising cost of living. The fund aims to increase sustainability in these organisations by supporting them to deliver projects which build organisational stability and resilience to deliver.
